The Constitution of AAB prescribes that the Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held, unless extraordinary circumstances prevent, in the first quarter of each year on such date and at such place as the Executive Committee shall appoint. Reports by the President and Treasurer shall be presented at the Annual General Meeting and the financial year shall end on 31st December.
